When you create an account on TradeLikeSniper, we collect: your name, email address, and Google account information (via Google Sign-In). When you use the platform, we collect trade data you enter (asset, entry/exit prices, P&L), capital and withdrawal records, and leaderboard preferences. When you make a payment, Razorpay (our payment processor) collects your payment details. We do not store your card number, UPI ID, or bank account details on our servers.
We use your data to: provide and maintain the TradeLikeSniper service, process subscription payments, display your statistics on the leaderboard (if opted in), generate AI trade reviews and analytics, send account-related notifications, and improve the platform.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase servers with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay, which is RBI-authorized and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We implement HTTPS, security headers, rate limiting, and Firebase Authentication to protect your account.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party except: Razorpay (for payment processing), Google Firebase (for data storage and authentication), and law enforcement (if required by Indian law). If you opt into the leaderboard, your username, avatar, and aggregated trading statistics (P&L, win rate, trade count) are publicly visible. You may opt out at any time.
We use localStorage for caching your dashboard data locally. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics services that track you across websites.
You may: request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us, opt out of the leaderboard at any time, download your trade data from the dashboard, and update your profile information at any time.
TradeLikeSniper is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
