TradeLikeSniper ("Platform", "Service", "We", "Us") is a trade journaling, analytics, and educational technology platform. The Platform is operated under the laws of the Republic of India and is subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. The Service is provided strictly for educational, self-improvement, and informational purposes. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager. Trading in financial markets including but not limited to equities, derivatives, futures, options, forex, commodities, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance recorded on this Platform does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you may lose part or all of your invested capital and that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions. The Platform bears no liability whatsoever for any financial losses incurred by users. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) You shall not be entitled to any refund, whether full or partial, for any reason including but not limited to non-usage, dissatisfaction, technical issues, change of mind, or early cancellation; (b) Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected) and will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date; (c) Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period; (d) All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes; (e) Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a RBI-authorized payment aggregator. The Platform does not store your payment card or bank details. You must provide accurate information during registration. Each user may create only one account. Sharing account credentials, reselling access, or creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice and without refund. All content, design, code, algorithms, AI analysis engines, branding, and proprietary methods on this Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of TradeLikeSniper. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution will result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. User data including trade records, analytics, and personal information is stored on Google Firebase servers with industry-standard encryption. We collect only the minimum data required to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal or trading data to any third party except as required by law. Trade data entered on this Platform is user-generated and the Platform does not verify its accuracy. By opting into the leaderboard, you consent to your username, avatar, and aggregated trading statistics (P&L, win rate, trade count) being publicly visible to all users. You may opt out at any time. Abusive, misleading, or fake data on the leaderboard is grounds for account termination. Telegram group and channel access is provided as part of applicable subscription plans and may be revoked upon plan expiry or violation of community guidelines. The AI Trade Review, Emotion Detector, Setup Finder, and Roast features are powered by algorithmic analysis of your self-reported trade data. These are educational tools designed to help you identify patterns in your own trading. They do not constitute trading signals, financial advice, or recommendations. The AI analysis may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading decision. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeLikeSniper, its owner, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to: financial losses from trading, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or any claim by a third party. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeLikeSniper and its owner from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire Service at any time without prior notice. Pricing may be revised with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Before initiating legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TradeLikeSniper regarding your use of the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
